Ella Lee Magby

Ella Lee Magby entered this life on July 7, 1926 in Spiro, Oklahoma born to Richard Wallace and Lillie Mae (Pulliam) Graves and entered into eternal rest with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, June 30, 2010 in Denison, Texas at the age of 83 years, 11 months and 23 days. Ella attended school in Tulsa, Ok and later married Albert Leroy Magby Sr. on May 9, 1964 in Carson City, Nevada. They moved to Bryan County in 1979 from California. Ella was a loving and dedicated daughter, wife, mother, grandmother and friend to many. She deeply loved her Lord and her Church, Calvary Temple Assembly of God. She enjoyed painting, drawing, quilting, cooking and she was known as the woman behind the “Muffin Man”. Ella will be greatly missed by all who knew and dearly loved her. Ella was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, JoAnn Courson; step daughter, Vicki Wing; brothers, Frank and Bobby Paul Graves; sister, Mae Lambern and grandson, Michael Ray Viloria. Those loved ones left behind to cherish her memory are her loving and devoted husband of 46 plus years, Albert Leroy Magby Sr. of the home; children, Rick Viloria of San Diego, CA, Karon Hoopes and husband Jerry of Merced, CA, Johnny Viloria of San Diego, CA, Bobby Viloria of Merced, CA, Jeff Viloria of Colbert, OK, Albert Magby Jr. of Durant, OK, David Magby of Durant, OK and Lori Magby of Colbert, OK; sisters, Nelma Fernandez of Colbert, OK, Margaret Comstock of Calera, OK and Peggy Shepherd and husband Glenn of Mesquite, NV; brothers, John Graves and wife Shirley of Merced, CA and Rich Graves of Fresno, CA; grandchildren, Urania Wheeler and husband Tim, Tony Courson and wife Audrey, Nick Courson and wife Heather, Beth Beaty and husband Neal, Alex Waldrip and husband Josh, Ernie Sanchez and wife Marsha, Monica Haubrich and husband Dave, Roy Poston, Jessica, Ian Viloria and wife Bonnie, Andrew Viloria, Noelle Viloria, Jennifer Viloria, Melissa Viloria and Max Viloria; 17 great grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and a host of dear and loved friends. Services to celebrate the life of Ella will be held on Tuesday, July 6th, 2:00 PM at Brown’s Funeral Service Chapel. Rev. Ron Brannan, Rev. Lloyd Lee and Rev. Davenport will officiate. Interment will follow in Highland Cemetery with James Garcia, Randy Garcia, J.D. Richardson, Luther Stephens, Duwayne Wingfield and Michael Garcia serving as pallbearers.
