Joseph Lynn Moore

Joseph Lynn Moore was born on July 4, 1964 in Odessa, Texas to Charles Moore and Geneva Forguson. Lynn passed away on September 26, 2018 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 54. Lynn has been a life long resident of Marshall County and he married Tina Barber on October 25, 1998. He was a truck driver and most recently worked for Cyclone Trucking in Madill and was a proud member of the Chickasaw Nation. He enjoyed fishing, playing golf, football and baseball. But most of all he deeply loved his family and his favorite thing of all was having cookouts with family and friends. Lynn was preceded in death by his brother, Alan Moore; daughter, Deana Bozeman; infant sister, Jessica Faith Moss and grandparents, Edna and Tobe Forguson. Lynn is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Tina Moore; mother, Geneva Moss and step father John; children, Lisa McConnell and husband Michael, Angela McLees and husband Daniel, Kerri Gibson and husband Michael, Toby Moore and wife Paige, Jessica Smith and husband C.J. and Jacob Moore; brothers, Billy Moore and wife Debbie, Jay Moore and wife Ginger and John Moss Jr.; sisters, Charla McQueary and husband Jackie, Machelle Ellis and husband Daren, Treva Perry, Dana Cryer and Shannon Lynn Van Winkle and husband Clayton; grandchildren, Brianna Mitchell, Aaron McConnell, Dalton McLees, Hope McLees, Garrett McConnell, Austin Walling, Hunter McLees, Salena Smith, Mikah Gibson, Christopher Smith, Brylon Gibson, Isaac Moore, Brantley Moore and Hadley Moore; great grandbaby, Oliver Lynn Mitchell and numerous extended family and friends. A celebration of Lynn’s life will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, October 1, 2018 at Brown’s Funeral Service Chapel Madill, OK. Interment will follow in Willis Cemetery with Daniel McLees, Michael McConnell, CJ Smith, Billy Moore, Thomas McQueary, Clayton Van Winkle and Toby Moore serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Eddie Sebree, Daren Ellis and Michael Gibson. The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home on Sunday afternoon from 3-5 PM.
