Megan Renea Looney, 35, of Bokchito, Oklahoma, passed from this life on February 26, 2025, in Colbert, Oklahoma. She was born to James P. Looney and Martha Jane (Roberts) on November 10, 1989, in Durant, Oklahoma. She loved watching WWE, Charmed, or any type of movies and she enjoyed listening to country music as well. She was a proud member of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma and was an avid OU football fan. Megan enjoyed spending time with her family and those she loved and she will be deeply missed by all who have had the pleasure of knowing and loving her. Megan is preceded in death by her mother; Martha Jane Roberts; sister Mindy Kay Roberts; grandparents Frank and Janice Roberts and P.C. and Christine Looney; aunts Pattie Stepp and Carolyn Roberts; uncles Ray Looney and Tim Wright and nephew Joshua Lee Ryan Sohler. Megan is survived by her father and step-mother James and Terri Looney of Bokchito, Oklahoma; sister April Malone and spouse William Malone of Heavener, Oklahoma; sister Terraesa Satterfield and fiancé Blythe Kelly; sister Tammy Thompson; sister Stacie Hammond and spouse Jimmy; sister Emily McFatridge; brother; Johnathan Guisto and spouse Devin; brother Daniel Farmer and spouse Susan; brother Zack Burrnett and fiancé Leslie; aunts Idanel Wright of Bennington, Oklahoma, Alice Whitmire and spouse Tom, Bernice Looney, Lynn Looney, and Edith Howard; uncles Donald Roberts and spouse Cathy of Silo, Oklahoma, Edward Roberts and spouse Vickie of Hugo, Oklahoma, David Roberts and spouse Lori of Denison, Texas, Kenneth Looney and spouse Doris, Larry Roberts of Colbert, OK and Paul Looney and spouse Sue; several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends and other extended family members. A celebration of Megan’s life will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, March 1, 2025, at Brown’s Funeral Service Chapel. Bro. Ross Phillips will officiate.
