Linda Sue Weakley Enriquez

Linda Sue Weakley-Enriquez 76, passed away March 8, 2023, in Denton Texas with all 4 of her loving children at her side. Linda was born on January 15, 1947, in Durant Oklahoma to Lonnie and Reda (Lester) Weakley. She attended school in Durant Public schools and college at Southeastern Oklahoma State University. She raised 4 amazing children on her own. Linda was most proud of her 4 children and 14 grandchildren. Linda would brag about her children’s successes to everyone. Her eldest son Ramein is a QA manager at a large company, her daughter Sherean is a Registered Nurse in the emergency department at an acute care hospital, her daughter Farrah is a Licensed Professional Counselor for children and is a Director at a nonprofit that works with foster children, her youngest Russ is an IT professional and an entrepreneur. Linda was a passionate animal rescuer and rescued thousands of animals in Bryan County. She was a strong supporter of the Democratic Party and was a fierce advocate for marginalized people. She was especially passionate about Black Lives, LGBTQ, and People’s right to choose what they want to do. Linda was vocal about her love for others and was always authentically herself. If you passed by her house you would always see her flags showing her support for various plights of the marginalized. Linda never missed a birthday or holiday and would be the first one to call to tell her family or friends Happy Birthday and she would always remind everyone else that it was that person’s birthday. Her children will deeply miss all the reminders. Linda lived life to the fullest and never compromised for anyone. She was the coolest Mom and Grandma that anyone could meet and our lives are forever impacted by her amazing personality. Linda was proceeded in death by her Mom and Dad Lonnie and Reda Weakley, her Niece Shawna Byles, and Grandson Phillip Johnson-Bakhshi. Linda is survived by her S.O. Jeffrey Hutchinson of Kenefic, Oklahoma, Son Ramein Bakhshi and Jennifer of Denton Texas, Daughter Sherean Pryor and Derrick of The Woodlands, Texas, Daughter Farrah Bakhshi-Bolay and Hamilton of Plano Texas, and Son Russ Bakhshi and Natalie of Durant Oklahoma, her best friend Paul McBee of Durant Oklahoma, her sister Brenda Byles of El Reno Oklahoma, her niece Brandi Marquez of El Reno, Oklahoma, her grandchildren Tanner Bakhshi, Charles Plumbar, Payten Phillips, Ryan Bakhshi, Isabella Bakhshi, Kira Plumbar, Jada Bolay, Jadan Bolay, Beau Bakhshi, Brayden Bakhshi, Gabriel Bakhshi, Kensilynna Bakhshi, Theo Bakhshi, Liam Bakhshi, and great-granddaughter Jazz-Leigh Phillips. https://www.tributeslides.com/tributes/show/G2TQJZ997C785FPG
